Eating nutritious foods and living your healthiest life should be fun and simple, yet I know that getting to a point of enjoyment and confidence can be difficult. We often need a few tips, nudges, and words of wisdom to help us succeed in making changes.

That's where I come in.

Casey Seiden Nutrition offers nutrition counseling services, as well as additional support tools, to help you happily live your most nutritious life. I work one-on-one with clients virtually or in person in the NYC area (when possible). At this time I do not accept insurance, but can happily provide a receipt of services after our session that you may submit for reimbursement to your insurance.

Before We Begin

Let's chat! If you're wondering how a dietitian can help you, I offer a free 15-minute phone call to get to know more about you and your nutrition goals, while you are welcome to ask me any questions to determine if we would be a good fit to work together.

Initial Consult

You've made the decision to commit to your health, but you just don't know where to begin. That's a bit of what we'll accomplish in our 60 minute initial consult. We'll dive into your concerns and motivations for change, review your health history, and collect a dietary assessment. From there we'll collaborate to outline a plan that is customized specifically for you.

Follow Through

Creating and sustaining habits is the cornerstone of achieving any health or fitness goal. Follow through appointments are recommended to touch base, celebrate successful new habits, and troubleshoot which ones are more difficult to adopt. Between appointments I'll be available through email to answer questions, provide support, and we can even be sharing food photos.
